About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor who will take ownership of their role, impress our customers with a smooth and informed process, and support our technicians to get the most out of their time.
Communication and reliable service are the most important qualities of the role.
Responsibilities
* Take ownership of the processes that support the customer experience and of the smooth operation of the garage.
* Answer calls, organise the full process of the customers journey, from understanding their description of the problem with their car to generating an estimate and booking them in with the appropriate technician.
* Be the main point of contact for customers, facilitating communication between customers and technicians.
* Manage all customer communication, ensuring they are treated like royalty.
Requirements
* Prior experience working in the automotive industry is desirable, but not essential if you have a passion for cars and are keen to learn.
* Commercial awareness and ability to understand decisions that impact the business.
* Natural ability to communicate well and support peers.
