Job Details
* Manage the daily running of the office, including emails, calls, and visitor interactions.
* Maintain and update the office management information tool with relevant information.
* Oversee facility requests, such as stationery ordering, building issues, and office cleaning.
* Provide administration support for senior staff members, including travel arrangements, expense tracking, and calendar events.
* Coordinate site visits, meetings, and entertainment.
* Maintain the general upkeep of the office.
* Track employee annual leave entitlements and bookings, ensuring necessary forms and documents are accounted for.
* Assist with onboarding new staff members, booking medicals, and setting up internal systems.
* Create orientation packs, coordinate training, and schedule orientation sessions for new hires.
* Develop and organize a well-being program for employees, liaising with vendors and coordinating onsite and offsite activities.
* Evaluate health and safety standards, attending monthly meetings, and identifying potential issues.
* Ensure compliance with parent company requirements, communicating related material and assisting with queries.
Requirements
* 5+ years' experience in Office Management or similar.
* Able to work as part of a team and independently.
* Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing environments.
* Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
* Fluent in English.
* Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
