This role is for an experienced Office Administrator to manage the office and associated duties of our laboratory division and to ensure the smooth running of the lab and efficiency of incoming and outgoing cases. This is a superb opportunity for someone looking to work with a growing team.
Duties include:
* Managing and updating the incoming and outgoing cases on the CRM to ensure accurate records.
* Planning and scheduling cases for on-time delivery.
* Assigning cases to correct locations and team members.
* Scanning cases on a 3D scanner for digital records.
* Maintaining accurate accounts for the customers, including invoicing, statements, payment allocations, and light credit control.
Communicating with our customers by phone and email and maintaining relationships while working with the team to ensure we meet our core deliverables of Quality and On-Time.
Personal Requirements:
The successful candidate:
* Will have experience in the dental industry and a strong understanding of dental and denture appointments/treatments and dental terminology.
* Will have a strong focus on providing consistently high standards of customer service, administration, and teamwork.
* Must be highly efficient and organized.
* Must have a very confident communication manner.
* Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Further Details:
* There will be a requirement for flexibility in relation to hours to ensure the incoming cases from the day are entered and redirected accordingly.
* Strong organizational skills and an aptitude for details are essential.
* Accurate and fast typing is a real advantage.
* Previous experience in a service industry such as dental/medical or pharma is essential.
* A working knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Word and Excel) and Outlook systems is a necessity.
* Experience with CRM or appointment booking systems would be a distinct advantage.
* Experience with accounts and understanding billing would be a benefit.
* Full-Time Role Monday to Friday.
* Excellent Salary for the right candidate, negotiable and depending on experience.
