Main Purpose of Job:
We are hiring in both the renewals and new business team to sell commercial insurance to clients. This includes a monthly book of renewals and new business, ensuring that the product offered is based on a thorough review of Radius' market and best suits the client's needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as a broker for relevant clients and perspective clients
2. Retrain current commercial clients when their renewal insurance is due
3. Convert inbound & outbound insurance leads into clients
4. Work towards targets and key performance indicators agreed with management
5. Manage your own time and request support when required
6. Work as a team member to develop staff and progress the company
7. Provide excellent customer service, including de-escalating complaints and building long-term relationships
8. Work with others to develop long-term relationships
9. Perform administrative duties associated with the role
10. Engage with clients through phone and email
11. Address problems and implement corrective measures
12. Maintain a safe and appropriate working environment
