Our client a leading law firm in Dublin is seeking a Construction Lawyer at Associate or Senior Associate level join their highly regarded Construction team.
This role will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to work in a highly supportive and collegiate team who advise on some of the largest construction projects in the country.
The Role
* The team advise on all stages of construction projects and PPPs from inception, planning, procurement, financing and construction through to completion.
* Drafting, advising on and negotiating development agreements, key construction contracts and consultant appointments on behalf of both public and private sector clients
* Advising on all local and international industry standard forms of construction and infrastructure contracts
* Advising on current legislation and regulatory requirements relevant to the construction industry
The Person
* Qualified Solicitor with 1- 5 years PQE in construction law
* Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
* Ability to work on own initiative and also as part of a team
