Business Analyst (Banking Operations, non IT)We have exclusively been retained by our client, Design and Craft Council Ireland to recruit a CRM End User Administrator. As an administrator, this position focuses on ensuring the seamless operation of the CRM system. The role is a 2-year contract and the successful candidate will be required to work onsite in Kilkenny 4 days a week.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the daily operation of the CRM system, ensuring efficient use across the organisation.Support the self-service portal, helping clients manage services, cases, and program participation effectively.Ensure CRM activities run smoothly and address user queries in a timely manner.Oversee the accuracy and organisation of data within the CRM.Implement best practices for data input, maintenance, and reporting processes.Deliver training to internal users to maximise system adoption and understanding.Collaborate with teams to streamline processes for client and event registration.Manage targeted email campaigns as required, ensuring timely and effective stakeholder communication.Key Requirements: Minimum 2 years in a CRM administration role.Experience with Salesforce is an advantage.Strong attention to detail and ability to analyse data for actionable insights.Professional verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on client and stakeholder engagement.Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results.Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a flexible and organised work style.Morgan McKinley is acting as an Employment Agency.
