This role involves working closely with development officers, campaign managers, and other stakeholders to ensure data-driven decision-making and effective fundraising strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, extensive experience with data visualization tools such as Salesforce CRMA and Tableau, and a deep understanding of fundraising metrics and processes. Qualifications:3-5 years experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related role, preferably in a fundraising or non-profit environmentKnowledge of fundraising metrics, donor lifecycle management, and campaign performance indicators preferredProficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Salesforce CRMA), SQL and SAQL, and statistical analysis software (R, Python)Proficiency with Salesforce Sales CloudExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insightsCommunication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiencesExperience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Ascend) and database managementAbility to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.Data Management:Ensure the accuracy and integrity of fundraising data by performing regular data audits, identifying gaps in the data and opportunities for improvementCollaborate with IT and data management teams to improve data collection, cleansing, storage, and retrieval processesManage the integration of data from various sources, including CRM systems, financial databases, and external data providersEnsure that SFDC Local is being populated with the correct objects and fields and monitor the Sync for errorsIf you are interested in this position, please apply below.
