The Role:
We are hiring a Data and Operations Executive to support our recruitment team with the market intelligence, structure, and systems needed to deliver top-tier hiring solutions. This is a critical back-office role where your work will directly impact how we identify talent, engage clients, and uncover new opportunities. You’ll be responsible for managing our CRM system, maintaining high-quality data, researching hiring trends, and supporting candidate screening processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* CRM Management: Maintain and optimise our recruitment CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on candidates, clients, and vacancies.
* Market Research: Monitor job boards, company news, and hiring trends to identify potential opportunities across our core sectors.
* Candidate Support: Assist with identifying and shortlisting candidates for current and upcoming roles, using LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases.
* Initial Screening: Support consultants by conducting first-stage screening calls and presenting candidate summaries.
* Reporting & Insights: Generate reports and insights from CRM and market activity to support business development and strategic planning.
* Administrative Support: Coordinate interviews, track recruitment processes, and support day-to-day operations.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in recruitment operations, resourcing, data management, or a related support role.
* Excellent administrative and organisational skills with a strong attention to detail.
* Confident using IT tools including Excel, LinkedIn, job boards, and CRM systems.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns, gaps, or commercial opportunities in data.
* Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to supporting the wider team.
* Self-motivated and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
