WAREHOUSE OPERATOR (CLINICAL)
Support the Clinical Warehouse Team in ensuring warehouse operations are carried out efficiently, safely and to a high standard, complying with GMP/GDP regulations.
Main Responsibilities
* Perform warehouse operations including picking of product, goods inward and despatch, along with supporting paperwork.
* Complete all duties under warehouse ownership, including cleanliness, pack conditioning, generator tests, consumable orders etc.
* Assist in training/coaching new team members.
* Support cover of coordination of workload in Shift Supervisors absence.
* Ensure facility is secured when working a late shift.
* Act as a point of contact within the Warehouse to manage related queries.
* Support Deviation identification of CAPA actions.
* Document any changes to controlled areas by the log book system.
* Support other areas of the business and provide support to any queries in a timely manner.
* Support all levels of management with continuous improvement and growth of the business.
* Assist with the maintenance of equipment.
* Comply with the Company's Health and Safety standards and workwear policy.
Key Outcomes
* Shipments are received and booked in within a timely manner.
* Despatched products accurately and on time.

* Returned product is reconciled accurately and in-line with department KPIs.
* All shipping materials are available when required.
Requirements
* Forklift license desirable.
* Previous Pharmaceutical experience desirable.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* IT literate with good knowledge of ERP Systems, Microsoft Excel and Word.
* Awareness of GMP documentation.
