As an Engineering Manager on Ads, you'll contribute to balancing user, business, and revenue interests across a dynamic market. We deliver value to small and large businesses and help users meet everyday needs.
As a manager within Ads, you'll lead, grow, and inspire a team of skilled engineers to meet ads landscape challenges. You'll collaborate with product managers, business analysts, data scientists, and the executive team to balance shorter-term wins and longer-term investments.

Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of engineers, coaching and mentoring them to grow and develop.
* Remove obstacles and optimize processes to keep the team productive.

Requirements:
* Previous experience as a manager with empathy and communication skills.
