The IRFU are inviting applications for Ticketing Executive - Accounts.
The successful candidate will work as part of the Ticket Office Team, to perform accounts-related administrative duties; manage club and branch payments for all games and distribute sub-committee and team management tickets.
The position is full time and is being offered on a temporary 6 month fixed term contract basis. The role will be based at our Head Office, 10-12 Lansdowne Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4.
The closing date for applications is 4pm Friday 7th March 2025.
Interviews are expected to take place week commecning 17th March 2025.

KEY QUALITIES
Essential:
Excellent organisation, communication, and teamwork skills.
Strong attention to detail
A good knowledge of MS Office packages, Word, and Excel
Desirable:
2-3 years previous experience in a similar administrative role.
Accounts / bookkeeping experience
Experience of working to tight deadlines within a busy office environment
RESPONSIBILITIES
General areas of responsibility include:
Manage all club and branch payments for home and away games.
Manage all payments for stakeholders with RTP ticket options – log on excel and enter payments on ticket system.
Continuous follow up with outstanding debtors.
Assist with the distribution of away 6N tickets.
Communicate and deal with customers on general queries via telephone, email & personal contact.
Manage and distribute the sub-committee and team management tickets for home games in Aviva Stadium
Complete additional administration and support services as required.
PERFORMANCE MEASURES
Maintain effective relationships with staff within the department and the IRFU.
Perform duties and responsibilities with limited supervision and in line with outlined policies & procedures.
Establish efficient work practices.
Make effective and informed decisions in relation to the role.
Portray a competent and professional image of the IRFU on behalf of the Ticket Office department.
