Bars Manager
Salary: 40,000 EUR per year

Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the bar operations on a day-to-day basis with a hands-on approach.
2. Drive sales and create a great customer experience.
3. Negotiate drink contracts with supply chain.
4. Manage and monitor work quality and guest satisfaction.
5. Interview, select, train, and supervise the bar team.
6. Understand and explain all financial reports related to the department.
7. Guide improvement and implement necessary adjustments.
8. Evaluate and take the necessary actions regarding guest comments and feedback.
9. Build relationships with all guests to obtain feedback on the quality of service.
10. Investigate and resolve guest complaints promptly.
Qualifications:
1. Experience as a Bars Manager in an award-winning restaurant or five-star hotel.
2. Excellent knowledge of beers, spirits, and wines.
3. Excellent verbal communication skills to communicate with personnel at all levels.
4. Strong mathematical abilities to track financial statements.
5. Interpersonal skills to provide overall guest satisfaction.
6. Knowledge of restaurant operations and preparation techniques.
