Head of Training and Development

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop strategic business models for professional development, from Diploma-level to micro-credential courses, based on skills matrix.
* Create and manage high-quality training and education programmes in various formats (in-person, virtual, and hybrid).
* Partner with instructors, facilitators, lecturers, and guest speakers to design engaging and impactful learning experiences.
* Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure every programme meets high standards and remains cost-effective.
* Analyse programme outcomes through data analysis of course participants and adapt offerings based on member feedback and emerging trends.
* Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to increase targets.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree/Masters in communications, business, public relations, education, CPD, Instructional Design, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in professional development, education, training, or programme management.
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple programmes simultaneously.
* Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design best practices desirable.
