Neville Hotels Ravenport Resort, a new deluxe hotel, golf course and holiday lodge resort in the well-known area of Curracloe in Wexford, overlooking the famous Curracloe beach. The hotel boasts 50 bedrooms and suites, together with bar and restaurant, swimming pool and spa. 22 holiday lodges will complete the resort, which will be nestled amongst the 18-hole golf course.
We are therefore seeking to recruit a part time Night Porter who will play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests' comfort and safety throughout the night.

Our new deluxe hotel will stand alongside Neville Hotels 4* Royal Marine Hotel in Dun Laoghaire, County Dublin, the 5* Druids Glen Hotel & Golf Resort in Wicklow, the 4* Kilkenny River Court Hotel, and the 4* Tower Hotel & Leisure Centre in Waterford City and Whites of Wexford.

The role:
1. Greet and assist late-night arrivals.
2. Complete the relevant checklists including end-of-shift reports.
3. Assist with the correct service of Restaurant/Bar menu and beverages.
4. Ensure good level of product and local knowledge for guests when requested.
5. Ensure that high standards of cleanliness and service are achieved in all areas.
6. Ensure co-operation and compliance with all legislation relevant to your role such as fire safety.
7. Adhere to health and safety regulations, addressing any potential hazards promptly.
8. Preparation of conference rooms as detailed on function sheets.
9. Conduct safety floor checks throughout the night.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
1. Ability to work independently, demonstrating responsibility and reliability.
2. Works calmly under pressure.
3. Excellent organisation and attention-to-detail, especially during security checks.
4. Great customer service and communication skills.
5. Basic knowledge of computer systems is an advantage.
