Job Description
Job Purpose
The role of Dispatch Assistant is important to us. You will be responsible for making sure all orders are completed within SLA’s and contain correct items, returns are processed accurately, and all order related queries are dealt with swiftly.
We would love to welcome you to our Ireland office, working hours of Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm.
Your responsibilities day to day will be…
* Ensuring all orders are processed accurately and within the agreed SLA’s.
* Actively reacting to order queries and processing tickets where necessary for follow ups.
* Processing all returns in a timely manner and managing all returned stock.
* Support with all goods entering the company and liaising with Stock Control.
* Work with the Stores manager to ensure stock rotation of all goods.
* Ensuring stock movements are accurately recorded.
* Assist with monthly Stock Take ensuring accuracy and all discrepancies are accounted for.
* Ensure Re-seller stock is distributed within agreed SLA’s.
* Undertake training for and adhere to all Health and Safety, Manual handling processes.
