Job Description
1. Implement the people plan and iterate as the business evolves.
2. Manage change and transformation in line with evolving business objectives as a business partner to the Executive Team.
3. Support leaders to design and deliver optimal operating models.
4. Utilise people metrics and insights to influence and guide the Executive Team on people and culture.
5. Lead the People Team to develop/deliver solutions, projects and policies for the business, ensuring consistency of approach across the regions and divisions.
6. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
7. Maintain knowledge and advise the business on legal requirements, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
8. Foster a corporate culture that attracts and retains talent, driving the 'one aryza' ethos and optimal colleague experience.
9. Lead the People Services Team to optimise systems, data, processes, policies and frameworks.
10. Drive cyclical HR activities such as continuous performance management and pay cycles.
11. Implement a talent management and succession planning framework.
12. Advise and support leaders in the acquisition of talent, and drive effective skills and workforce planning/development.
13. Support with mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence through to integration.
14. Rationalize employment terms, benefits and policies as part of the wider rationalization program.
15. Coach leadership teams and support team dynamics and development.
16. Promote the equality, diversity and inclusion agenda.
The Successful Applicant
1. Background as a People Director or Head of HR within a complex, fast-paced business model.
2. International HR experience.
3. Transformation and growth experience is an advantage.
4. Financial Services, Technology, Fintech or Retail sector experience would be desirable.
5. Language skills are an advantage.
6. Strong working knowledge of employment law and framework in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
7. Broad knowledge of UK/European employment law/frameworks is preferable.
8. Willingness to travel internationally.
