Heat Pump Sales Representative
Our client has seen exceptional growth in the renewable energy sector and has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Heat Pump Sales Representative.
The Role:
You will work with a well-established company in the renewable energy sector, who are constantly growing and expanding their offering. You will be 50/50 in office and travel across mainly the Munster region.
Responsibilities include:
• Expand and promote Exhaust Air Heat Pump sales division.
• Ensure sales targets/KPIs are met/exceeded.
• Manage and expand existing customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Meet with and support engineering consultants & clients throughout the tender process.
• Provide technical expertise and support to customers, including product selection, system design, and installation assistance.
• Elevate your product knowledge while learning from industry experts and manufacturers of tools, parts & capital equipment.
• Detailed handover of projects to our in-house design, scheduling, and installation teams.
• Ensure our CRM software system is updated.
• Attend marketing shows, seminars etc. as required.
Skills & Experience that we need:
• 5 years Refrigeration AND/OR HVAC sales development experience.
• Commercial knowledge is a distinct advantage.
• Min 5 years of HVAC sales development experience.
• 3rd level degree in technical engineering or similar.
• Excellent HVAC / Refrigeration knowledge with a proven sales record.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong, relationships with customers and colleagues.

This is a permanent position with excellent base salary and commission (six figures) depending on the candidate's experience, with benefits package.
