Job Description The multi-award winning Greenes Restaurant are currently seeking a talented Junior Pastry Chef to join the team.
Emerging from a brief hiatus in February 2024, the dedicated team at Greenes has been diligently creating a new space and mouthwatering menus.

Responsibilities will include : • Dessert and pastry preparation • assisting in creativity and menu design in conjunction with the Head Chef • Working in an organised, hygienic manner at all times ensuring the HACCP regulations are adhered to • Responsible for stock control within the pastry section • Assisting in other areas of the Kitchen as and when required • Ensuring all special requests made by guests are met The Ideal Candidate will be: • Minimum one year previous pastry experience in a luxury hotel or restaurant • HACCP trained • Able to work in a pressurised environment • Speak fluent English This role will involve shift patterns and weekend work associated with the hotel industry.
