SUMMARY
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented ETF Operations Analyst to join our European ETF white-label platform. The role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on exposure across the operational lifecycle of ETFs and learn how European cross-border ETF platforms are managed and scaled. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day operational processes underpinning ETFs, assist with secondary market and listing activities, and contribute to broader business coordination efforts across the platform.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assist in daily operational checks across ETF orders, cash flows, and fund data.
2. Support the operational coordination of ETF primary market activity (creation/redemption), working with administrators and APs.
3. Help maintain operational documentation and workflow records.
4. Monitor ETF listings across European exchanges and support related maintenance activities.
5. Liaise with fund administrators and service providers to ensure operational deliverables are met.
6. Assist in reconciling fund fees and supporting financial reporting processes.
7. Participate in operational projects and system/process improvements as part of your learning curve.
8. Collaborate with the sales team to execute and track sales initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and client needs.
9. Gather, analyse, and present data on client performance, sales trends, and ETF growth opportunities to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
10. Assist in the planning, execution, and follow-up of projects aimed at enhancing client engagement and revenue growth, working closely with cross-functional teams.
11. Work closely with internal teams, including Relationship Managers and Fund Operations, to ensure seamless service delivery and address client concerns promptly.
12. Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with ETF Operations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards while employing proven frameworks.

Education:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
Required Experience & Skills:
1. 2-5 years of experience in financial services (internships or graduate program experience welcome).
2. Basic understanding of fund structures and operations; ETF knowledge is a plus.
3. Strong organisational and administrative skills.
4. Attention to detail and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficient in Excel, Power BI and familiar with data handling and analytics.
