As part of the next phase of its growth initiatives and plans, Champion EMEA is seeking a Manager, Market & Consumer Insight.
The role will be based at the Champion Products Europe LTD premises in Dublin, Ireland and will cover all related activities within Champion EMEA.
Day to day activities include:
1. Conduct complex data analysis on Champion's product innovations to determine potential for consumer adoption;
2. Analyze data to advise brands on consumer targeting strategy;
3. Generate detailed reports to guide search pipeline prioritization and marketing strategy;
4. Design and plan market surveys for testing in domestic and international markets;
5. Understand how competitors are performing in the marketplace, including innovations, company reports, etc., and incorporate data into larger presentations as needed;
6. Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to manage and execute research projects and deliver results to the organization;
7. Identify and prioritize opportunities to deliver research to stakeholders across the organization;
8. Supplement qualitative research with quantitative data where possible to complete ad hoc research.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent;
2. 5 years of experience in Marketing, Market Research or other data-rich fields;
3. Experience with market research tools - Qualtrics, Survey Monkey, SPSS, etc;
4. Fluency in qualitative and quantitative research methods and knowledge of statistical concepts and how to apply them to research methodologies;
5. Understanding of how/when to use various research methodologies - segmentation, tracking studies, focus groups, IDIs, customer satisfaction, conjoint/discrete choice, regression analysis, etc;
6. Ability to present and brainstorm research findings with both technical and non-technical/business audiences;
7. Ability to connect the dots between different sources and to think strategically about how recommendations will impact the organization's bottom line in the short and long term.
