The 5* College Green Hotel Dublin, Autograph Collection (part of the MHL Hotel Collection and Marriott International) has an excellent opportunity for a full-time Guest Service Agent to join our Reception team.
Working a variety of shifts, the Guest Service Agent will be responsible for the smooth running of the check in/out process, ensuring that all guests are made to feel welcome and their expectations exceeded. The GSA will also cover shifts within our Guest Service Centre, dealing with requests and questions over the telephone.
Who is our ideal candidate?
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a similar 5 star, front office environment and will enjoy making personal connections with all our guests. Experience in cash handling and use of the Opera computer system is highly desirable, however full training will be provided. Strong communication skills (including good written/oral English skills) and the ability to resolve guest requests/issues are also important.
