We provide our clients with comprehensive insurance solutions for their various needs, including home and motor insurance, complex commercial business packages, health, life, pension, investment, and mortgage products.
Your Role:
* Manage a substantial client portfolio and develop new business opportunities in the commercial insurance sector.
* Deliver significant account growth while maintaining a compliant environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Achieve monthly targets for new business and renewals.
2. Build and maintain a sales pipeline through proactive lead generation and sales strategies.
3. Develop niche knowledge in new business sectors and stay up-to-date with market trends.
Requirements:
* Proven sales and negotiation skills.
* Excellent technical knowledge and understanding of commercial insurance policies.
* Exceptional customer service skills to foster customer loyalty.
* Ability to network and build strong relationships with clients and partners.
* Proactive approach to managing and growing your account.
* Market and competitor insight, with excellent presentation skills at boardroom level.
Qualifications and Experience:
* APA Commercial, CIP, or ACII qualification.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in commercial insurance, preferably in a similar role.
