Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Export Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing commercial export sales processes and systems, as well as global international experience within the export shipping industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and maintaining a sea freight pricing policy, implementing and communicating our current pricing policies to internal sales teams, and maintaining our pricing strategy for clients.
This role requires strong negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with existing and prospective clients. Additionally, the candidate must be able to manage and lead commercial sales teams, create business development plans to secure export sales, and develop improvement strategies within commercial teams.
The selected candidate will also be responsible for preparing weekly performance reports, supporting export documentation managers, and attending client site visits and overseas European Trade meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
