Talent Acquisition Specialist (12 month FTC)
Near Maynooth – Construction Sector – Hybrid
Full license and own transport required
Key Responsibilities:
As the organization expands across Europe, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the team remains well-staffed with skilled professionals. This role requires adaptability and collaboration across departments to create and implement hiring strategies that support the organization’s growth goals.
* Develop and implement effective strategies and guidelines for attracting new talent
* Assess the organization’s hiring needs to proactively plan for recruitment
* Utilize multiple sourcing methods to attract and identify qualified candidates
* Collaborate with hiring managers to anticipate staffing needs and fill open roles efficiently
* Oversee the candidate screening process, including resume reviews and interviews
* Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and former employees
* Stay informed on recruitment trends to refine and enhance talent acquisition processes
* Represent the organization at job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment initiatives
* Provide support to the HR team to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across different regions
* Generate reports for HR leadership and management as requested
* Assist the HR department with other related tasks as needed
Candidate Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resourcesor a related field
* CIPD certification or progress toward qualification is a plus
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting
* Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism, integrity, and discretion
* Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication across all levels of the organization, both verbally and in writing
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Solution-oriented mindset
* Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Excellent attention to detail
