Funds Solicitor
Join a Top Tier Firm based in Dublin City Centre and take on the role of a Funds Solicitor. As a qualified Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE in a large corporate firm, you will have the opportunity to work on various mandates including joint venture agreements and M&A transactions in the funds space.

About the Role
* Represent asset managers by drafting key fund documentation such as prospectuses and supplements.
* Negotiate and draft material fund contracts including administration and depositary agreements, investment management agreements, and management agreements.
* Apply to the Central Bank and obtain authorisation for asset managers to act as discretionary investment managers to UCITS and QIAIFs.
* Discuss new funds with both start-up and experienced managers.
* Apply for the registration of UCITS and QIAIFs with foreign regulatory authorities.
* Advise clients on the application of fund regulations to their business, including registering firms with the Central Bank as a Registered AIFM where relevant.
* Review fund documentation.

Your Skills and Experience
* Qualified as a Solicitor in Ireland or England with 3+ Years' PQE.
* Strong technical skills.
* Good ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
* Able to work well in a team.
* Keen interest in working on a small number of mandates that don't fit a traditional private funds role.
