Job Title: Vehicle Acquisition Coordinator
Responsibilities:
* Order Management: Manage the end-to-end order management process for new vehicles, ensuring adherence to procedures, processes, and service level agreements (SLAs) to maintain optimal efficiencies.
* Negotiation and Procurement: Establish relationships with dealerships, wholesalers, and private sellers to negotiate favourable terms for vehicle purchases. Ensure timely delivery and optimal pricing for all acquisitions.
* Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory levels. Track deliveries and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of new vehicles into the rental fleet.
* Quality Assurance: Inspect vehicles upon delivery to ensure they meet our client's quality standards. Address any issues or discrepancies promptly to maintain the integrity of their rental fleet.
* Documentation and Compliance: Manage all documentation related to vehicle purchases, including contracts, titles, and registration paperwork. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a customer-centric role.
* Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to secure favourable terms and pricing.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
* Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and quality assurance.
* Strong administration skills.
Work Model: Monday-Friday, normal working hours. 37.5 hours per week. Full-time permanent position. Free parking, pension, life assurance, discounted healthcare, and attractive bonus. Negotiable salary pending experience. Dublin City South location, 30 minutes from city centre.
