Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Operations Team member to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the continuous mobility of our fleet, liaising with drivers and clients to resolve vehicle issues, and managing driver queries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process tasks efficiently as part of a team
* Communicate and translate customer requests to service providers
* Daily update of internal systems
* Maintain minimal vehicle downtime
* Accurately communicate and update drivers
* Resolve quality issues under Line Manager direction
* Ensure communications adhere to policy and guidelines
* Undertake reasonable duties as required by Line Manager
Requirements:
* Experience in a motor dealer or vehicle manufacturer environment (Advisor, Technician, after Sales Manager, etc.)
* Mechanical qualification advantageous
* Excellent numeracy and literacy
* Corporate office experience and customer interaction advantageous
* Computer literate with Microsoft Office Systems knowledge
* Pragmatic decision-maker with technical knowledge
* High customer satisfaction drive and negotiation skills
* Good telephone communication with suppliers and customers
* Proven ability to deliver results and high achievement drive
* Professionalism, knowledge, and enthusiasm
* Team player with shared objectives and commitment to team goals
