Role: Customer Success Manager
Target: €350-400k GP
Location: Hybrid, 3 days per week at Sandyford Office ( Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
Salary: Up to €55k basic with an additional €15k on target & benefits (health insurance & pension)

Owing to growth, they are looking to hire a Customer Success Manager who will manage approx 15 enterprise customers, and will be responsible for retention, renewal & cross sell to deliver against a €350-400k annual GP target, alongside managing client relationships from a commercial, service & delivery perspective.
What you will do:
* Collaborate with 15 x named accounts to identify cross & upsell opportunities and oversee recurring revenue streams.
* Create new opportunities within current accounts and from pre-qualified leads.
* Partner with the Operations Team to oversee and ensure client SLAs are met effectively.
* Prepare & present proposals and generate sales quotations.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in ConnectWise CRM system
Ideal Candidate:
* A minimum of three years' experience in account management within a B2B technology sales environment.
* Must have been a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager (looking after existing clients, having a financial target) in a tech/software/services business
* Must have experience managing a revenue target/quota
* Must be in Dublin and ok to go to the office in Sandyford three days per week
* Must have experience/desire to work in a small sized business (currently 30 people)
