In this leadership role, youll manage a diverse range of corporate finance mandates, including M&A (buy- and sell-side), debt advisory, business valuations, and structuring projects, while mentoring a high-performing team and playing a key part in business development.
Key Responsibilities Manage the delivery of corporate finance transactions and advisory projects from inception to completion Lead and develop teams of qualified and part-qualified staff, ensuring efficient delivery and quality control Prepare and review in-depth financial analyses across multiple sectors Act as the key contact for clients, counterparties, and external stakeholders; attend and present at meetings Play an active role in transaction structuring and negotiation alongside Partners Produce high-quality outputs including valuation reports, pitch documents, and client presentations Mentor junior team members, provide on-the-job coaching, and contribute to performance reviews Proactively manage WIP, billing, and debtor positions in line with firm protocols Ensure full adherence to internal policies and compliance frameworks Work closely with Partners to identify opportunities, grow the firms presence, and build intermediary relationships What Were Looking For ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification, with ideally 05 years PQE Solid corporate finance or deal advisory experience (practice or industry) Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills Excellent communication and presentation capabilities Sound commercial judgement and client-facing confidence Proven ability to lead projects and teams to tight deadlines Advanced user of Excel and PowerPoint Organised, driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities concurrently Strong leadership and a proactive approach to mentoring junior staff Why Join?
