Institutional Reporting Officer (Grade VI) (Specified Purpose Wholetime ) (Reference 512a/2024) Role Overview Reporting to the Head of Strategic & Planning, the post-holder acts as the prime Institutional Reporting contact point, coordinating with others across the University to ensure reporting obligations to HEA and others are delivered.
The post-holders acts as the custodian of the key University datasets and reports, for planning purposes and data queries.
There is also a focus on the self-service reporting functionality to be made available to the whole community involving responsibilities in data visualisation (dashboards, graphical reports etc.)
to aid managers in the viewing and interpretation of datasets.
Hours of Work:A 35 hour working week is in operation.
Location: The post will be based at one of the TU Dublin Campuses i.e.
Grangegorman (Parkhouse), Blanchardstown or Tallaght.
The university may consider flexible working arrangements.
Salary: The Grade VI Salary €55,643 Appointments will be made at the appropriate point on the appropriate scale.
