Business Manager - Transactions EMEA+
Job Summary:

The Business Manager, Transactions - EMEA+, will coordinate and support business operations for the Transactions Practice Group across the EMEA+ region with the aim of driving and enhancing practice performance and decision-making in line with the global practice strategy and the overall strategy of the Firm.

Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and support business operations for the Transactions Practice Group across the EMEA+ region.
2. Drive and enhance practice performance and decision-making in line with the global practice strategy and the overall strategy of the Firm.
3. Work with practice group leaders and practice group heads to own and be accountable for the financial performance of the practice.
4. Write business cases and understand the nature of what the teams do and the challenges they face.
5. Interpret data and analyse key trends, including financial performance.
6. Collaborate with HR teams and business development teams to achieve business objectives.
7. Produce analytical reports and present findings to stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate:
* Strong prior experience in a similar role.
* Good professional management experience in a global setting, ideally in a professional services environment.

About the Role:
This is a hybrid working role, with a mixture of home working and working in Belfast City Centre office.
The role is a Permanent Full-Time Position, Monday to Friday.
