Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Cafe Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of Kerry Lane Cafe. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service and hospitality, managing staff, and driving the overall success of the cafe.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage all cafe operations, including opening and closing procedures.
2. Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
3. Manage inventory and ordering to ensure timely availability of supplies.
4. Monitor and maintain quality control for food and beverages.
5. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
6. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
7. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.
8. Manage scheduling, payroll, and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Cafe Manager or in a similar managerial role.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Knowledge of cafe operations, including barista skills and food preparation.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
6. Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
7. Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
8. Must currently reside in Ireland.
