Cliff House Hotel is currently seeking an exceptional Spa Manager to lead and elevate our award winning The Well by the Sea Spa within our prestigious five-star hotel.
Named after the sacred spring at ST Declan's Well, just a short walk from our hotel, our therapies and custom spa products are inspired by nature to nourish the body and transform the skin.
Designed by award-winning spa consultants, every product used in our treatments is made from a blend of 100% natural ingredients and includes unique elements such as Irish peat, carrageen moss and seaweed.
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a proven track record in luxury spa management, possessing the skills to deliver unparalleled service to our guests.
This role entails overseeing all aspects of spa operations, managing a highly skilled team, and ensuring the delivery of an extraordinary spa experience synonymous with our hotel's reputation.
Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence:
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring seamless and efficient service delivery.
* Implement and uphold the highest standards of service and hygiene in line with the hotel's luxury positioning.
* Develop and enforce standard operating procedures to maintain excellence in all aspects of spa operations.
Team Leadership:
* Recruit, train, and lead a team of skilled spa professionals and support staff.
* Foster a culture of excellence, professionalism, and impeccable customer service among the spa team.
* Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team abreast of the latest spa techniques and industry trends.
Guest Experience:
* Ensure a flawless and personalized guest experience, exceeding the expectations of our luxury clientele.
* Monitor and respond to guest feedback, consistently striving for continuous improvement.
* Implement innovative strategies to enhance the overall spa experience and guest satisfaction.
Financial Management:
* Develop and manage spa budgets, with a focus on achieving revenue targets and profitability.
* Implement effective pricing strategies and promotions to maximize revenue and guest loyalty.
* Monitor financial reports and key performance indicators, making data-driven decisions to optimize profitability.
Quality Control:
* Conduct regular quality assessments to ensure all spa services meet or exceed the hotel's five-star standards.
* Implement and maintain the highest levels of health, safety, and sanitation protocols.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Spa Manager in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
* Certification in spa management or related field.
* Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team.
* In-depth knowledge of luxury spa treatments, products, and industry trends.
* Strong business acumen with experience in financial management and budgeting.
* Familiarity with spa software and booking systems.
