Capital Project Manager
The ideal candidate will lead and manage large scale Biopharma capital projects, consisting of contracted professionals to safely achieve project objectives from front end design through operational qualification.
Responsibilities:
* Safety/Environment: Develop and maintain safety and environmental execution plans for projects. Ensure compliance to safety and environmental policies, procedures, and work rules for project personnel, contractors, and subcontractors from conceptual design through operational qualification.
* Compliance: Lead with a disciplined, structured approach to project management based on industry accepted project management tool-sets.
* Interface/Communication: Develop/maintain communication with project team, business partners and other stakeholders.
* Culture: Represent the client to external partners and to the community. Foster the right culture on the worksite and convey this externally.

* Exhibit good judgment in decision making, keeping management informed and engaged on critical issues.
* In-depth knowledge and experience in industry accepted project management experience.

* Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
* Influence personnel and organizations without having direct administrative responsibility for them.
Education and Experience Requirements:
* Over 10 years of work experience across major pharmaceutical start-ups.
* Third Level Qualification or equivalent preferably in an engineering/project management field.
* Capital Expenditure > €50 Million.
