Job Title: HR Consultancy Specialist (Nationwide Travel) Location:Dublin & Cork with Nationwide Travel Salary:€55,000 per annum + Expenses Covered A leading HR Consultancy is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR professional to join their team in a Nationwide HR Consultancy role.
This exciting opportunity is ideal for someone with strong expertise in Employment Law, a passion for advising businesses, and the flexibility to travel nationwide to meet clients.
Office presence is required in Dublin on Mondays and Fridays.
Key Requirements: Extensive nationwide travel.
Full, clean drivers license and access to a car (with appropriate motor insurance).
3rd level qualification in Human Resources, Employment Law, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 5 years' HR experience, providing expert advice and support.
Strong knowledge of Employment Law in both unionised and non-unionised environments.
Proven ability to provide expert guidance on company policies and procedures.
Familiarity with third-party industrial relations bodies and employment institutions in Ireland.
Commercially minded with a proactive and adaptable approach.
Strong research skills with the ability to develop HR compliance materials.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in business English.
Strong administration and project management skills.
Responsibilities: Deliver expert HR and Employment Law consultancy services to clients nationwide.
Provide pragmatic and strategic HR advice through multiple communication channels.
Lead workplace investigations, including disciplinary matters and grievances.
Develop and present tailored HR solutions across various industries.
Maintain and grow strong client relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Research and stay updated on Employment Law and HR developments.
Design and deliver HR training workshops and compliance seminars.
Draft and review employment policies, advising clients on necessary updates.
Contribute to the creation of compliance products and HR solutions.
Support clients on-site with HR issues and bridge any gaps in their HR services.
Develop content for employment law publications.
This role offers a competitive salary of €55,000, along with full expense coverage for travel.
