• Optimize automated email flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, VIP loyalty).
• Manage an engaged email list, ensuring list segmentation, personalization, and deliverability best practices .
• Develop targeted email strategies for: • Monthly Drops & Limited Edition Releases • Scriveiner Collector's Club Engagement • VIP & Loyalty Programs • Content-Driven Emails (Storytelling, Educational, Brand Heritage) • A/B test subject lines, content, and CTAs to optimize conversion rates and revenue per email .
• Monitor email analytics (open rates, CTRs, conversion rates) and refine strategies based on data.
Social Media Growth & Engagement • Manage and grow Scriveiner's social media presence (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest).
• Develop and execute a content calendar that aligns with product launches, storytelling, and customer engagement strategies.
• Create and oversee the production of luxury-brand-aligned content, including: • High-end lifestyle visuals • Customer testimonials & UGC • Brand storytelling & heritage content • Behind-the-scenes insights into craftsmanship • Engage with the community by responding to comments, DMs, and engaging with relevant luxury/lifestyle communities.
• Work closely with influencers, brand ambassadors, and content creators to expand Scriveiner's reach.
Data-Driven Optimization • Track and analyze social media & email performance metrics to optimize engagement and ROI.
• Identify trends and opportunities in email & social to refine content and campaign strategies.
• Continuously test and experiment with formats, messaging, and timing to improve effectiveness.
The Profile Who You Are Luxury & Premium Brand Experience – You understand high-end customer psychology and can craft compelling messaging that resonates with an affluent, quality-conscious audience .
Email Marketing Pro (Klaviyo Expert) – You have experience creating, managing, and optimizing email campaigns for e-commerce brands, using segmentation, automation, and A/B testing.
Social Media Growth Specialist – You know how to build, engage, and monetize a social audience using strategic content, influencer partnerships, and community management.
Creative Storyteller – You excel at crafting engaging, elegant, and conversion-driven content for both email and social media.
Data-Driven & Results-Oriented – You analyze key metrics and refine strategies to improve performance across both email and social channels.

Qualifications & Skills 3+ years of experience in email marketing & social media management, preferably in luxury, premium, or high-end e-commerce brands .
Strong expertise in Klaviyo (email automation, segmentation, analytics, A/B testing).
Hands-on experience growing and managing Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest for an e-commerce brand.
Proven track record of increasing engagement, conversions, and revenue from email and social channels.
Strong understanding of luxury branding, storytelling, and exclusivity marketing .
Excellent copywriting & design sense – experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools is a plus.
Ability to analyze and interpret email & social media analytics to drive strategy improvements.
Bonus Points Experience in Shopify e-commerce marketing .
Background in influencer partnerships & community engagement .
Understanding of SEO for content marketing (blog, video descriptions, etc.).
