We are currently recruiting for an experienced Brand Development Manager for our client, an industry leader in the catering and retail sector.
This role will act as the connection point between the Marketing, Mobilisation, and Operations teams to deliver on the implementation of numerous brands under the company portfolio. This is a Dublin-based role with some travel across Ireland for activations.
This role is tasked with the development and execution of localised marketing strategies, including on-site displays, signage, community engagement, partnerships, and traditional media campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Shape and develop the company portfolio activation strategy from concept, build, to site openings.
2. Lead the activation planning process and Brand Application in physical environments.
3. Work closely with the mobilisation, operations, and culinary teams to align new business activations with the voice of the customer and business objectives.
4. Develop and execute marketing programmes, campaigns, and materials to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
5. Manage key suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
6. Develop strong relationships across all levels of the business, stakeholders, and third parties.
7. Manage the day-to-day operations of the marketing function - scheduling, planning, and delivering marketing function work as required.
8. Manage, mentor, and oversee workloads of the marketing team.
The Ideal Candidate:
1. 3-5 years experience in a similar role.
2. Experience within the retail, hospitality, or catering industry.
3. Proven ability to launch new businesses in physical settings.
4. Experience collaborating with architects, designers, and signage specialists.
