Job Description
On behalf of our client, a leading Real Estate investment and asset management firm, we are looking to hire a Portfolio Manager to join the team.
The Role:
* Assisting with the preparation of monthly portfolio performance reports, including a review of all leasing activity.
* Maintaining the asset management database, and weekly reporting to the senior management team.
* Manage external third party relationships where necessary including the portfolio property managers.
* Overseeing with quarterly and annual portfolio reporting requirements to internal board and externally to the debt providers and valuers.
Requirements
* Third level qualification in Real Estate, Economics, Finance or Mathematical Discipline.
* Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite in particular excel.
* Highly organised and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
* Team oriented with a strong work ethic.

Requirements
3-4 years' experience with background in finance, property law or real estate development Previous experience negotiating and closing residential sales contracts with purchasers. Excellent attention to detail, commercial acumen, and project management skills. Ability to work on own initiative and collaborate as part of a team.
