We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team, with a proven track record in achieving sales. This is a sales-focused role where you can solely concentrate on selling, without the added responsibilities of account management—would you like to join our dynamic Workwear Sales Team as a Business Developer and unlock limitless earning potential through uncapped commission?
Working under the guidance of the Head of Sales, this role is perfect for someone with a knack for generating new business opportunities. Your main responsibilities will include:
1. Researching the target market and identifying business development opportunities.
2. Developing and implementing a sales strategy to win rental agreements for Workwear Business.
3. Generating and closing new business, focusing on business gain and customer satisfaction.
4. Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to stay informed and ahead of the competition.
5. Using the CRM reporting system Salesforce.com for tracking and managing sales activities.
Qualifications:
1. Proven record of accomplishment in a sales environment.
2. Clear understanding of the consultative selling process.
3. Ability to research, analyze market trends, and identify new markets for PPE Workwear.
4. Strong commercial awareness and ability to develop a growth strategy.
5. Full Clean Driver's License.
