About Turas Nua
Turas Nua is the Irish employability services provider, delivering the IPNES contract. We support people who are over 12 months unemployed or employed part-time on low earnings by providing intensive, targeted, and personalised employment support services.
About the Role
The successful candidate will work with clients referred by the Department of Social Protection to IPNES, managing a caseload and coordinating internal support specialists and external organisations to provide a personalised support service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage a robust case management plan for each client.
* Use industry-leading assessment technology to identify client goals, ambitions, and barriers to employment.
* Provide coaching and mentoring to clients, including intensive job search support when job-ready.
* Identify, structure, and recommend training solutions in consultation with in-house tutors.
* Maintain strong knowledge of the local labour market and achieve daily and monthly contractual key performance indicator (KPI) targets.
Person Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess strong case management capabilities, including decision-making skills, relationship skills, and problem-solving skills. They will be able to build rapport and trust with clients, motivate them to own their journey, and provide individual support based on client needs.
Essential Requirements:
* Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
* Minimum of three years' experience in a customer-focused, target-driven environment.
* Strong IT skills and experience in using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
This role requires a high level of understanding, patience, empathy, active listening skills, and the ability to navigate difficult conversations with professionalism and sensitivity.
