Content Reviewer
We are seeking an expert team of content reviewers to manage large volumes of uploaded material daily.
Main Duties:
* Assist clients by resolving inquiries and issues on their platform.
* Investigate and resolve reported issues on the client's platform.
* Identify scalable solutions to improve community support.
* Enforce the client's Terms of Use by monitoring abuse reports.
* Suggest solutions to inefficiencies in workflows.
* Escalate policy-violating issues to the global team.
Essential Competencies:

* Ability to make decisions, solve problems, and work effectively as part of a team.
Candidate Experience:
* Fluency in Hebrew and English, with cultural understanding of the market.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with diverse projects.
* Preferred degree or 1+ years of professional experience.
Working Conditions:
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday (including Bank Holidays), with some weekend work required.
