The Role
As a Project Manager within the Group IT Project Management Office, you will be responsible for ensuring successful delivery of key strategic IT projects.
This role will support projects across all Group IT functions (ERP, Infrastructure, Security and Digital).
You will manage projects from cradle to grave to ensure that they are successfully delivered on time and meet business objectives.

Responsibilities
1. Manage and support the delivery of strategic projects.
2. Create and manage project plans for all designated workstreams.
3. Establish and facilitate meeting rhythms and routines for projects.
4. Communicate project health and progress to key stakeholders through insightful reporting.
6. Learn from every project and identify improvements to ways of working.
7. Support the Project Management Office to ensure it delivers value for Glen Dimplex Group IT stakeholders.
8. Coach and support development of project analyst and project owners with project management processes.

About You
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with experience in project management.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience driving big cross-functional initiatives to implementation.
They should possess excellent attention to detail, analysis skills and effective communication skills enabling engagement with diverse stakeholders.
A formal Project Management qualification is also required.
