Occupational Health Nurse
This is a full-time role (5 days Mon-Fri) responsible for providing comprehensive and proactive occupational health & well-being services while overseeing administrative and operational activities of occupational health services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to clinical operations
* Manage all records, equipment, and programmes related to occupational health services
* Review and update Occupational Health Policies and Procedures annually
* Complete pre-employment medicals, interpret results, and compile reports
* Conduct risk assessments across the organization as required
* Devise plans to improve employee wellbeing and reduce absenteeism levels
Requirements:
* Recognised qualification in Occupational Health
* Registered General Nurse with valid NMBI registration
* Competency in Audiometry, Spirometry, Vision screening, phlebotomy, VDU ergonomics, and administration of vaccines
* Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal, empathy, and listening skills
* Strong organisational and planning skills, including time management
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in occupational health nursing
Desirable Qualifications:
* Qualified Occ Health Nurses
* Part Qualified Occ Health Nurses
* Non-Occ Health Nurses with relevant Occupational Health experience
