Key Responsibilities: Repair and replace tires as required for customers. Perform mechanical repairs and maintenance on vehicles. Use a torque wrench to replace wheels and ensure proper tightening of wheel nuts. Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles before handing them over to customers. Assist mechanics with exhaust fitting and light car servicing tasks (e.g., changing bulbs, wipers). Utilize materials, parts, and equipment efficiently and effectively. Ensure full compliance with safety procedures and operational safety standards. Maintain a clean personal vehicle, keeping adequate stock and ensuring regular servicing. Adhere to the companys operations manual and policies. Foster positive working relationships with colleagues and customers. Follow all company policies, procedures, and the operations manual. Essential Requirements: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role. Some tire fitting experience is required. A full, clean driving license is essential.
