Senior Assets Officer Fire Safety
This role delivers and manages a professional, technical, and customer-facing fire safety & maintenance service. It provides leadership for Asset Officers in the Directorate.
About the Role
The service includes response, planned, and cyclical maintenance, adaptations, or servicing of existing properties. The successful candidate will provide quality customer service to tenants and external clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver a professional fire safety and maintenance service.
* Manage works or service contracts within a maintenance environment.
* Demonstrate practical experience in delivering customer service in line with service specifications.
* Have a current full driving licence and access to suitable transport (or alternative arrangements if applicable).
Requirements
* Level six qualification in an Estate Management/Building Surveying/Construction/Engineering related discipline.
* A minimum of 6 years' experience in delivering an Assets and/or Fire Safety Service, including varied property maintenance tasks.
* Extensive knowledge of Fire Safety Regulation and Best Practice.
