Lead the Operations function across two key facilities in County Monaghan, focusing on Warehousing, Distribution, and Production to exceed customer expectations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop performance reporting systems to drive continuous improvement.
* Own and execute the Operations business plan to achieve operational goals.
* Lead the operational team to meet growth targets, ensuring appropriate resources and investments are in place.
* Provide visible leadership, setting clear expectations and holding teams accountable for performance.
* Ensure operational excellence in performance, service delivery, financial management, and compliance.
* Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure alignment on business goals, priorities, and initiatives.
* Champion Health & Safety and create a strong safety culture within the team.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the operations team.
* Oversee cost management and budget control, with a focus on maximising profitability through resource optimisation.
* Monitor legal compliance and internal qualification standards.

* Experience managing operational teams in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment (ideally within warehousing, logistics, or food industries).
* Experienced leader with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop teams in a high-paced environment.
* Strong influencing and communication skills across all levels of the organisation.
* Commercially driven with a focus on customer service and bottom-line performance.

* Proven track record in managing budgets and KPIs.
