Role Overview: In this dual-focused role, you will oversee IT systems administration while leading and managing key IT projects.
Your initial experience with Salesforce will be critical in supporting its integration and optimisation.
The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and a collaborative approach to achieving project goals.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the administration and maintenance of IT systems, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Play a pivotal role in Salesforce project implementation, leveraging your foundational experience to support its integration and customisation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
Oversee project lifecycles, ensuring milestones are met and goals are achieved within budget.
Monitor and troubleshoot IT systems, ensuring security, efficiency, and minimal downtime.
Provide training and support to internal teams on new technologies and tools, including Salesforce.
Assist in developing and enforcing IT policies and procedures.
Stay updated with emerging technologies to recommend improvements and upgrades.
What Were Looking For: Experience:Previous 4 years experience working with Salesforce at its implementation stage is essential.
Technical Skills:Strong knowledge of IT systems administration, networks, and troubleshooting.
Project Management:Proven ability to lead and manage IT-related projects from initiation to completion.
Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Problem-Solving:Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges.
Qualifications:Relevant IT or project management certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) are an advantage.
