Overall Purpose of the Job: Provide administration support to the operations department.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Administrative support to the department including data entry into software, document production, photocopying, and general support.
2. Preparation of PowerPoint presentations for meetings when required.
3. Produce reports.
4. Enter data (e.g., training records, inspections) into online systems.
5. Scheduling external training.
6. Maintaining various files for the department.
7. Ensure that all paperwork is filed neatly and in the appropriate location.
8. Follow up on all incoming documentation and information to support effective closeout of all open/outstanding works.
9. Carry out general tasks in Word/Excel.
Person Specification:
1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Understanding of safe working practices and health and safety legislation.
3. Ability to work independently.
4. Operations knowledge preferable.
5. Well-organised and capable of prioritising own work.
6. Flexible, honest, and reliable.
7. Efficiency is a prerequisite for the role.
