The Opportunity
In this role you will: Manage the Global Mobility Programme for the Group - oversee compliance with international tax regulations for expatriates, assignees, and business travellers.Oversee and manage the Global Mobility Tax compliance requirements for the GroupBe an expert and advise the business on all employment tax and social security issues, liaising with external advisors where necessary. Provide guidance on tax-effective compensation structures, relocation allowances, and benefits.Consult on wider tax team, Finance, HR and payroll projects/initiatives. Collaborate with the HR and wider Finance team to improve and develop Global Mobility Policies to enhance compliance and reporting in relation to all employee moves and travel.Oversee the independent contractor policy, ensuring quality policies, processes and global compliance. We would love to hear from you if you: Have a professional tax qualification e.g. CTA/AITI with at least 4 years Post Qualified Experience in a Global Mobility Tax role.Have strong Employment Tax and Global Mobility Tax credentials.Have experience managing a large portfolio of clients or high volume of globally mobile employees in house.Strong understanding of global tax laws, treaties, and compliance processes.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders across different jurisdictions and functions.Enjoy a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities and deadlines.
