Breakfast Chef required for well known 4* Hotel in Co Cork
* You are responsible to Head Chef for helping manage the kitchen, ensuring the quality preparation and service of all menu items to the highest standards.
* Hands on and enjoys the responsibility of the early morning shift, you are off home latest 3pm daily!
* Excellent work-life balance in this role, early start, busy daytime service, no evenings.
* To promote positive work relationships with colleagues and other departments.
* To ensure that HACCP is implemented and documented efficiently, ensuring that all standards are maintained, reducing food and energy wastage in the Kitchens.
* Property is open all year and Client is an equal opportunities employer; role is available immediately - current legal status to live in Ireland is required, interviews will be in person at the premises.
* Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role in a busy 4* Hotel.
